The fifth rewrite of the Royal Network!

It has a lot of submodules, many of which may be used in other bots.

Quick install

pip3.7 install royalnet
python3.7 -m royalnet.configurator
python3.7 -m royalnet -c (YOUR_COMMAND_PACK)
