Update the sh7722 INTC tables with force_enable support
to mask out pending unsupported SDHI interrupt sources.
Without this patch the kernel locks up due to a pending
SDHI interrupt that the tmio_mmc driver cannot handle.

This patch breaks out the sh4a scif serial port platform
data from a shared platform device to one platform
device per port. Also, add serial ports to the list of
early platform devices.
Only sh4a SuperH Mobile processors are modified by this
patch.

Convert the processor platform device setup
functions from __initcall() and sometimes
device_initcall() to arch_initcall().
This makes sure that the platform devices are
registered a bit earlier so the devices are
available when drivers register using initcall
levels earlier than device_initcall().
A good example is platform devices needed by
i2c-sh_mobile.c which registers a bit earlier
using subsys_initcall().

Convert the m66592-udc driver to use the on_chip flag
from platform data to enable on chip behaviour instead
of relying on CONFIG_SUPERH_BUILT_IN_M66592 ugliness.
This makes the code cleaner and also allows us to support
both external and internal m66592 with the same kernel.
It also makes the Kconfig part more future proof since
we with this patch can add support for new processors
with on-chip m66592 without modifying the Kconfig.
The patch adds a m66592 header file for platform data
and ties in platform data to the existing m66592 devices.

All of the SH timers use a roughly identical structure for platform data,
which presently is broken out for each block. Consolidate all of these
definitions, as there is no reason for them to be broken out in the first
place.

Add JPU support on Migo-R via UIO. This make use of Magnus's
generic UIO platform driver. Chunk of contiguous memory to hold
intermediate image and compressed data during encode and decode.

The USBF function on sh7722 is currently not working with the m66592_udc
driver. The driver is using platform_get_resource_byname() so my commit
a0d29798e5 broke sh7722 support.
The long term fix is to replace platform_get_resource_byname() in the
driver with platform_get_resource(), but this helps until that happens.

This header is needed on other architectures as well (namely h8300),
which currently fails to build without this in place. Rather than
duplicating the port definition completely there, just move this to a
common location instead.
This should get h8300 working again for 2.6.25, in addition to the
changes already pushed by Sato-san in -rc2.

This patch removes interrupt priority tables from the intc code.
Optimal priority assignment varies with embedded application anyway,
so keeping the interrupt priority tables together with cpu-specific
code doesn't make sense.
The function intc_set_priority() should be used instead to set the
desired interrupt priority level.

With the intc core improved it is now possible to put the intc data
structures in the initdata section.
Version two of this patch puts the __initdata inside DECLARE_INTC_DESC()
and removes the __initdata included in the board specific r2d code.

This patch unifies the cpu specific interrupt setup functions for
interrupt controller blocks such as ipr, intc2 and intc. There is no
point in having separate functions for each interrupt controller, so
let's clean this up.

This patch converts the cpu specific 7722 setup code to use the
new intc controller. Many new vectors are added and also support
for external interrupt sense configuration. So with this patch
it is now possible to configure external interrupt pins as edge
or level triggered using set_irq_type().

This patch reworks the ipr code by grouping the offset array together
with the ipr_data structure in a new data structure called ipr_desc.
This new structure also contains the name of the controller in struct
irq_chip. The idea behind putting struct irq_chip in there is that we
can use offsetof() to locate the base addresses in the irq_chip
callbacks. This strategy has much in common with the recently merged
intc2 code.
One logic change has been made - the original ipr code enabled the
interrupts by default but with this patch they are all disabled by
default.

This adds the URAM block on SH7722 as a separate node.
Sparsemem is required for this, or it can simply be disabled
by explicitly selecting a flatmem model.
