Linux kernel modifications for the Kernel Hacking exam

The vfio_pin/unpin_pages() so far accepted arrays of PFNs of user IOVA. Among all three callers, there was only one caller possibly passing in a non-contiguous PFN list, which is now ensured to have contiguous PFN inputs too. Pass in the starting address with "iova" alone to simplify things, so callers no longer need to maintain a PFN list or to pin/unpin one page at a time. This also allows VFIO to use more efficient implementations of pin/unpin_pages. For now, also update vfio_iommu_type1 to fit this new parameter too, while keeping its input intact (being user_iova) since we don't want to spend too much effort swapping its parameters and local variables at that level. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
