Linux kernel modifications for the Kernel Hacking exam

Existing common service task was being used to service the reset requests. This patch tries to make the handling of reset cleaner by separating task to handle the reset requests. This might in turn help in adapting similar handling approach for other interrupt events like mailbox, sharing vector 0 interrupt. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
