The mod is called Summer2018 in-game.

Changes

Add an unobtainable Fioryg item without any effects
Nerf Reaver Shark to 59% pickaxe power and give it a faster mining speed
Increase the mining speed of all Drills
Increase the damage of all Hardmode Pickaxes
Increase the mining speed of the Hammush
Decrease the defense of the Molten Armor
Significantly increase the defense of Pearlwood Armor
Increase the defense of Beetle Armor
Increase the damage of the Bone Glove
Increase the value of Gold Chests
Decrease the value of all King Slime drops
Decrease the value of Hermes Boots, and add a crafting recipe for them with 5 Feather and 5 Silk at an Anvil
Add a crafting recipe for the Fuzzy Carrot with 30 Daybloom, 10 Blinkroot and 30 Moonglow.
Add a crafting recipe for the Inferno Potion with 10 Fireblossom and 5 Obsidian
